NEW CENTRAL DIVISION WEBSITE!
The Central Division of USSA (United States Ski & Snowboard Association) has launched an official website devoted specifically to news and information related to the clubs located in the midwestern states of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. This site is  CentralSkiJumping.com

In the past, midwestern news has been incorporated into the site SkiJumpingCentral.com, an independent site which has always been intended for a nationwide, and even international, audience. Its name was chosen in 2001 to convey that it was a central resource for ski jumping information, similar to "Comedy Central" or "Grand Central." Because midwestern (Central Division) news was included, some folks thought it was only a midwest regional site.

Over the past few years, it has become harder to give adequate space and time to purely regional information; we must serve a growing audience from the entire US and overseas.

Last year, we adopted a name more indicative of our scope, SkiJumpingUSA.com That name was not available when we launched SkiJumpingCentral.com; we grabbed it when it became available, and our site will continue to operate under both names.

We want to commend Mark & Mandy Nalbach, and Kip Kopelke, for taking on this project! We urge you to visit CentralSkiJumping.com for information pertaining to the Central Division of USSA.
